Rabat, Morocco – The Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed that relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and Romania are witnessing continuous development. He also praised the distinguished cooperation and partnership between the two countries and the progress achieved in numerous political, economic, and cultural fields.
The Minister explained that Rabat views Romania as an important partner within Europe. He also noted the keenness of both sides to strengthen bilateral cooperation and expand its horizons in a way that serves common interests and keeps pace with regional and international developments.
He added that relations between the two countries are based on solid foundations of mutual respect and ongoing dialogue. He also emphasized the importance of intensifying coordination on issues of common interest, as well as supporting initiatives aimed at promoting stability and development.
The Moroccan Foreign Minister stressed that the coming period will witness increased joint efforts to develop cooperation in the areas of trade, investment, energy, education, and tourism. This, in turn, will contribute to strengthening the strategic partnership between Rabat and Bucharest and serving the interests of both friendly nations.
