Doha, Qatar – The State of Qatar strongly condemned the repeated Iranian attacks targeting the State of Kuwait. It affirmed its full solidarity with Kuwait and its support in confronting any threats to its security and stability.
In an official statement, Qatar reiterated its categorical rejection of any acts
or attacks targeting the sovereignty of states or threatening their security and territorial integrity.
It also stressed the importance of adhering to the principles of international law and respecting good neighborliness.
Full solidarity with Kuwait
Qatar reaffirmed its support for Kuwait in confronting security challenges.
It emphasized that Kuwait’s security is an integral part of the security of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.
Qatar also stressed the importance of strengthening coordination and cooperation among the countries of the region to maintain security and stability.
Furthermore, it called for confronting any threats targeting their collective security.
Rejecting escalation and threats to national security
Qatar reiterated its rejection of all actions that could destabilize the region or jeopardize the security of states.
It emphasized that such practices only exacerbate tensions and crises in the region.
Qatar also called for prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy to resolve disputes,
