Nabatieh, Lebanon – Fourteen people were killed and wounded in Israeli airstrikes targeting areas in southern Lebanon, in a new escalation reflecting the widening scope of clashes along the border.
Field sources reported that Israeli warplanes launched several concentrated strikes on the outskirts of towns surrounding Nabatieh. This resulted in deaths and injuries, including civilians. Homes and property were also damaged.

Lebanese reports indicated that ambulance crews rushed to the bombing sites. The wounded were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment, amidst a tense and apprehensive atmosphere among residents.
