Arizona, USA – The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona announced that a private helicopter carrying four people crashed in a remote mountainous area. They indicated that rescue teams are working tirelessly to reach the wreckage.
The sheriff’s office received reports at 11:00 a.m. The reports indicated that a helicopter had crashed in the mountains near Telegraph Canyon, south of the town of Superior.
Rapid response teams moved to the site, where aerial reconnaissance teams were able to locate the helicopter wreckage and confirm the crash site.
The health status of the four people on board remains unknown, as ground rescue teams have not yet been able to reach the site due to the rugged terrain and remote mountainous nature of the area.
