Rabat, Morocco – Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita received in Rabat an Italian parliamentary delegation supporting the autonomy initiative for the Moroccan Sahara.

to discuss strengthening parliamentary cooperation and exchanging expertise.

The Italian delegation’s visit also included the city of Laayoune,

Rosato stressed that the aim of the visit is to strengthen
bilateral parliamentary relations with Morocco.
Affirming his country’s respect for UN Security Council resolutions on the issue of Western Sahara,

to enhancing dialogue between the two countries in all sectors.
