Kuwait’s Foreign Minister, Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, discussed with his Indian counterpart, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, the latest developments in the region and the efforts being made to deal with them,
during a telephone call. In addition, each Minister expressed readiness to enhance cooperation on key political issues.
Discussion of regional developments
The Kuwait News Agency reported that the call addressed the most prominent developments on the regional scene,
in light of the escalating challenges facing the region.
The Minister emphasised the importance of diplomacy in addressing these developments.
Coordinating joint efforts
The two sides also discussed ways to enhance coordination and consultation on issues of common interest, contributing to regional stability.
This call comes within the framework of ongoing communication between Kuwait
and India to monitor developments and strengthen diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.
It should be noted that the Minister plays a significant role in advancing bilateral relations.
