Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Many studies have proven that using apple cider vinegar daily before bed has many health benefits.

Fairwell Health reported that apple cider vinegar is known to contain probiotics, which support digestive health.

By fighting harmful bacteria and encouraging the growth of good bacteria in the intestines.

Many studies have shown that vinegar facilitates the digestion process and reduces bloating and gas.

Apple cider vinegar can reduce blood sugar levels by slowing the rate at which the stomach empties and preventing carbohydrates from breaking down in the digestive system and converting them into sugar.

A review showed that drinking apple cider vinegar reduces blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.

The more they consume this compound, the better the results.

Another study showed that people with type 2 diabetes, who ate apple cider vinegar with a piece of cheese before bed, saw a greater decrease in fasting blood sugar levels, compared to those who ate only water and cheese.

A study revealed that people suffering from overweight and obesity problems, who ate 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar daily for 12 weeks, decreased their weight and body mass index.

Several studies have linked eating apple cider vinegar to lower total cholesterol levels and increased levels of good cholesterol.

Another study showed that people with type 2 diabetes who consumed vinegar in a healthy way had lower levels of harmful cholesterol.

A review noted the ability of apple cider vinegar to act as a food preservative and fight harmful bacteria.

Doctors recommend diluting a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar by placing it in water or any other liquid such as tea.

It is recommended to drink it a few hours before bed so that it settles in the stomach.
