Dubai, UAE – The Emirates Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Federation announced the start of the UAE Vice President’s Cup for Jiu-Jitsu next Saturday. The competitions will be held on May 2 and 3 at the Shabab Al Ahli Club Hall in Dubai. With the participation of nine of the UAE’s elite clubs and academies. All the way to the final rounds to determine the first places, including the champion, runner-up, and third-place winners.

The previous edition witnessed four different clubs winning category titles. Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club won the Under-14 title, Al Ain Club won the Under-16 title, Al Jazira Club won the Under-18 title, and Bani Yas Club won the Senior Category title. This is a clear indication of the expansion of the circle of competition and the distribution of titles between clubs. This raises the challenge and makes the competition in the current version more balanced and competitive.
