El Arish, Egypt – The humanitarian aid ship “Mother of the Emirates” has arrived at the port of El Arish in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
It carries more than 7,300 tons of various relief aid allocated to support our Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip.
This is within the framework of the UAE’s ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts within Operation “The Noble Knight 3”.
Which was launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, to alleviate the suffering of civilians and meet basic needs in light of the difficult humanitarian conditions.
Upon its arrival at the port of Al Arish, the ship was received by Hamad Obaid Al Zaabi, the UAE Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, accompanied by a high-level delegation of charitable institutions and organizations in the UAE.
In addition to the operation’s partners in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
They were briefed on the reception and unloading mechanisms and plans for transporting humanitarian aid to the UAE Humanitarian Aid Logistics Center in Al-Arish.
The ship’s cargo includes food aid, shelter materials, and health and medical supplies, which were prepared with the participation of 16 charitable and humanitarian institutions from various emirates of the country.
This is part of the UAE’s integrated humanitarian work system, which aims to support food security and enhance the urgent humanitarian response to affected families in the Gaza Strip.
The “Mother of the Emirates Humanitarian Ship” is ship No. (13) operated by the UAE as part of the ongoing humanitarian sea bridge to support our Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip.
