Abu Dhabi, UAE – Aldar Group and Dubai Holding have announced the expansion of their strategic joint venture with the addition of two new land plots in Dubai.

Highlights
  • Integrated residential complex
  • Luxury residential units

These plots will be developed to accommodate approximately 14,000 new residential units,

with a total development value exceeding AED 38 billion.

This move reflects the strength of the partnership between the two entities

and their growing confidence in Dubai’s real estate market.

This expansion builds upon the partnership that began in 2023

and represents a pivotal milestone in Aldar Group’s growth within Dubai.

It follows the success of its initial residential communities, including Janan, Athlon, and The Wilds.

It also reflects the ongoing progress in Dubai Holding’s strategy to enhance its strategic land portfolio.

Furthermore, Dubai Holding aims to develop world-class integrated communities that support diverse lifestyles.

Integrated residential complex

The first plot of land is located along the eastern axis of the Emirate of Dubai, opposite the Nad Al Sheba area.

A fully integrated residential community, designed for families, will be developed on

an area of approximately four million square meters, featuring apartments, townhouses, and detached villas.

The project is scheduled to launch in 2026.

Luxury residential units

The second plot of land is located in the Palm Jebel Ali area, where a luxury waterfront development will be built.

The project will feature high-end residential units, some bearing international brands,

across a total floor area of approximately 250,000 square meters.

Sales are scheduled to begin in 2027.

Under the agreement, Aldar Group will be responsible for the entire development cycle of both projects.

This includes conceptual design, marketing and sales, construction, and handover.

Aldar Group will also manage the completed communities.

Both parties affirmed that this partnership supports Dubai’s Urban Plan 2040 and the D33 Agenda.

It also contributes to driving sustainable growth and solidifying

Dubai position as a leading global destination for living and investment.
