Al Ain, UAE – Brigadier General Hassan bin Hadiya Al Shehhi, Vice President of the Emirates Shooting Federation, confirmed the participation of 8 Emirati refereeing teams in the Abu Dhabi International Shotgun Championship.
They were distributed over 8 fields, after successfully passing the qualifying round for the tournament and being approved by the World Shooting Federation.
He pointed out that the Emirati referees have a great deal of refereeing competence, and that they will be subject to evaluation after the end of the tournament.
This contributes to developing their skills and enhancing their capabilities, to ensure their continued participation in international tournaments.
Al Shehhi explained that the strong competition indicators on the first and second days of the tournament confirm the international technical levels of shooters.
He described the UAE national team’s participation in the tournament as a qualitative milestone that contributes greatly to developing their skills.
In addition to benefiting from contact with elite shooters, reaching global competitive levels.
