Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Dubai Holding, a diversified global investment company with investments spanning more than 30 countries, and Ballantyre Technologies, a global leader in developing operational AI platforms, announced the signing of a strategic agreement to launch a new company called Ether.
It is the first company of its kind for Palantir in the UAE.
The launch of Ether is the culmination of 18 months of cooperation between the two sides, which has resulted in real transformation and tangible positive results within Dubai Holding’s portfolio.
This cooperation will pave the way for expanding these capabilities to include strategic business sectors across the UAE.
Since the beginning of 2024, Dubai Holding has begun implementing artificial intelligence solutions and data integration platforms from Balantir within its various operations.
This improved operational efficiency, accelerated decision-making and enhanced data transparency.
These results were reflected in vital sectors including real estate, hospitality, investment and infrastructure, with prominent brands such as Nakheel, Maras and Jumeirah.
Ether will accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across strategic sectors in Dubai.
This is to enable government and private agencies to achieve transformation on a large scale.
By combining Dubai Holding’s market expertise with Palantir’s advanced software and engineering capabilities, Ether is establishing enterprise AI applications locally.
This is to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen competitiveness, and open new horizons for value creation.
The company will directly contribute to strengthening the national digital system and supporting Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to achieve AED 100 billion annually in digital transformation initiatives.
By making proven AI solutions available to the local business sector, Ether helps accelerate the UAE’s journey towards global leadership in AI applications.
Ether will also focus on localizing the economic value of Balantir technologies and transferring knowledge to develop national competencies.
In addition to establishing integrated governance frameworks to guide artificial intelligence applications within the local business landscape.
Ether will operate under a clear mission to serve the commercial sectors in Dubai.
In line with the digital transformation strategy and the emirate’s economic diversification goals.
