Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Trends Research and Consulting participates as a strategic partner in the work of the twenty-first session of the Arab Media Forum.
Which will be held on October 29 and 30, 2025, at the Middle East Training and Conference Center in Beirut.
Under the slogan “Media and Development / Partners of the Present, Alliance of the Future”.
Trends’ participation comes within the framework of its keenness to contribute to enhancing integration between media and development.
In addition to highlighting the role of knowledge and scientific research in supporting Arab media to be an effective partner in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
On the opening day of the forum, Trends is organizing a special session entitled “Arab Media at the Heart of Sustainable Development.”
In addition to a knowledge corner that includes his latest research publications and specialized studies in the fields of media, artificial intelligence, and others.
Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of the Trends Center, stressed in a statement on this occasion that the strategic partnership with the Arab Media Forum represents an extension of Trends’ vision of building bridges between scientific research and media work.
He pointed out that the Arab media today has a historic opportunity to devote its developmental role by adopting cognitive discourse based on reliable information and solid scientific analysis.
The forum’s program includes a series of dialogue sessions and events that bring together information ministers, experts, researchers and academics from various Arab countries, discussing media and development issues from multiple angles.
The main sessions will address several topics, most notably “The Role of Media in Creating an Environment Favorable for Economic Development,” “Art in the Service of Development,” with the participation of figures from the Arab artistic community, “The Image of Development in the Arab Media: Reality and Hope,” with the participation of Arab Ministers of Information, “The Impact of Fake News and Misinformation on the Development Process,” in cooperation with UNESCO, and “Media and Development/Theoretical Concept and Field Application – Start with Yourself.”
In addition to an open dialogue entitled “Towards an Arab Media Charter to Support Sustainable Development.” The forum also includes a training program for young people and emerging media professionals, covering topics such as digital media in the era of artificial intelligence, managing news websites, and using social media to support development.
