Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The National Center of Meteorology announced the monitoring of a low pressure system currently centered on the Indian coast.

He pointed out that numerical models predict the possibility of this depression developing into a tropical state. This development is expected in the northeastern Arabian Sea near the Indian coast on October 1.

It will later move towards the central Arabian Sea. Meanwhile, the details of the severity of the condition and its course will become clearer more precisely after its formation.

The center confirmed that so far there is no impact of this situation on the country.

He explained that tropical conditions are often characterized by rapid and sudden changes.

The center continues to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis. They will keep UAE residents informed of developments as soon as possible.
