Dubai, UAE – Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding, witnessed the signing of a construction contract worth five billion dirhams. This contract represents the largest construction contract awarded by Dubai Holding to date. It reflects the amount of capital the group continues to direct to projects that support Dubai’s long-term growth.
The new headquarters will join Dubai’s most prominent architectural edifices, unifying the group’s operations in an integrated work environment focused on collaboration, sustainability, employee health, and quality of life. In one of the emirate’s most prominent commercial locations, the building is scheduled to open in 2029.
The contract also includes the completion of the “Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers” project, which includes 754 residential units bearing the “Jumeirah” brand. Distributed over two towers on the same site, it adds a distinctive architectural presence to the luxury housing market in Dubai.
