Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Multi Commodities Center launched two new commercial towers “One Uptown Place” and ”Two Uptown Place” as part of the expansion of the Uptown Dubai area. Adding more than 560,000 square feet of first-class office space, bringing the total commercial space in the region to more than one million square feet. The lease is expected to begin in the second half of the year and the project will be completed in the first quarter of 2028.
The project comes within the framework of supporting the accelerating demand for high-specification office space from high-value sectors. Especially following the launch of the “FINX” platform and ”Wealth Center”, which enhances Uptown Dubai’s position as an integrated destination for business, trade and finance.
Spacious office spaces
The towers are designed to accommodate a wide range of businesses, with office space ranging from 2,100 to 17,600 square feet. Including integrated multi-level designs. This reflects the scale and complexity of demand we are seeing across the trade, finance and technology sectors. As we continue to develop our next generation of business systems, including the Wealth Hub, FinX and Maritime Trade Hub, Uptown Dubai is evolving into a fully integrated region that provides businesses with a unique and interconnected platform to grow and operate globally.
The two towers consist of 21 and 15 floors, and 82,000 square feet of retail space, with integrated facilities including restaurants, shopping options, and a swimming pool. More than 1,600 parking spaces and a transportation service connect the project to Dubai Metro Station.
The project aims to obtain the gold category of LEED certification. By adopting advanced systems for energy and water efficiency and improving the quality of the indoor environment.
