This fund is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in key Asian markets and diversify its investment portfolio across multiple sectors.

According to the sources, investments will focus on consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, and basic industries.

With investments distributed across markets such as Japan, India, China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

High growth projects

This strategy allows for a reduction in risk and an increase in potential returns for investors.

The sources added that the fund will give investors the opportunity to join high-growth projects in strategic markets.

وأضافت المصادر أن الصندوق سيتيح للمستثمرين فرصة الانضمام إلى مشاريع عالية النمو في أسواق استراتيجية،

This move comes at a time when private equity activity in Asia is experiencing a notable recovery.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة في وقت يشهد فيه نشاط الأسهم الخاصة في آسيا انتعاشا ملحوظا،

Mutual funds

This new fund is an extension of the success of the fourth fund launched by the company in 2021.

Which also raised $15 billion and achieved total returns exceeding 20%,

With approximately 40% of the capital returned to investors by September 2025.

This initiative underscores KHKHAR’s continued focus on Asia as a pivotal region for future growth.

This reflects the company’s strategy of strengthening its presence through diversified investment funds.

It attracted new capital for emerging projects and promising sectors in the continent.

Sources confirmed that the company has not yet issued an official statement regarding the details of the capital raising.

But it has already begun offering the fund to a range of qualified investors in the region and around the world.
