Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Flydubai announced on Tuesday that it had signed seven new partnership agreements.
This brings the total number of carrier partners to more than 40 airlines.
The strategic agreements allow Flydubai customers to reach more than 30 destinations in Europe.
This is done through both Aegean Airlines, the main carrier in Greece, and the Italian national carrier ETA.
It allows travelers from them to the Far East and Southeast Asia wider connecting flights to more than 90 destinations.
With Myanmar International Airlines, and Chinese airlines, such as Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines.
Over the past years, Flydubai’s network has grown to cover more than 135 destinations.
This provides access to more than 300 destinations through its partners in partnership agreements and codeshare.
Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of Flydubai, said that since its launch in 2009, the carrier has been committed to strengthening air links and facilitating trade and tourism.
Today, it adds seven new partners to its partnership agreements, through agreements that will provide travelers with more flexibility and options when planning their travel.
This provides them with access to partner destination networks across key markets in Asia and Europe, and enables more travelers to reach Dubai as a global tourism and business destination and international aviation hub.
