Liverpool, England – Liverpool star Mohamed Salah sent a touching message to his teammate Andy Robertson, following the announcement that he will be leaving the team at the end of the current season.
Liverpool had announced that left-back Robertson would be leaving the club at the end of the current season, following a successful career in which he made 373 appearances and contributed significantly to the Reds’ achievements in recent years.
Salah posted pictures of himself with Robertson on his official social media accounts, commenting: “With these pictures showing the strong bond that brought us together, I almost felt I could overlook your departure”.
He added: “It was a great honor to be your colleague and friend. You achieved everything, and you leave as a legend. I am confident that we will meet again”.
