As the second half began, West Ham tried to get back into the game, and Tomas Soucek reduced the deficit in the 49th minute, but Cody Gakpo restored the three-goal lead by scoring Liverpool’s fourth in the 70th minute.
The exchange of attacks continued, with West Ham scoring their second goal in the 75th minute through Tati Castellanos, but Axel Disasi ended the visitors’ hopes by adding the fifth goal in the 82nd minute, sealing the victory for the Reds with a score of (5-2).
