Liverpool, England – Manchester United achieved a valuable away victory against Everton with a score of 1-0, in the match that brought them together as part of the 27th round of the English Premier League for the 2025-2026 season.
The match was held at Hill Dickenson Stadium, and saw both teams exchange periods of dominance before substitute Benjamin Sissoko’s touch decided the outcome in the second half.
The only goal of the match came in the 71st minute, after United capitalized on a quick counter-attack which Cissoko finished with a successful shot into the net, giving his team three valuable points in the battle for Champions League qualification places.

In contrast, Everton’s tally remained frozen at 37 points in eighth place, after suffering their ninth defeat in the competition this season.
