Rome, Italy – AC Milan continued their pursuit of Inter Milan at the top of the Italian league standings, after defeating Bologna 3-0 in their Serie A match.
The match was held at the Renato Dall’Ara stadium, as part of the 23rd round of the Italian League.
Milan took the lead in the 20th minute through Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who followed up a pass from Adrien Rabiot and shot the ball directly into the net.
Christopher Nkunku added Milan’s second goal in the 39th minute from the penalty spot. Adrien Rabiot then scored the third goal in the 47th minute, early in the second half, capitalizing on a defensive error by Bologna.
