Doha, Qatar – The Saudi national team qualified for the quarter-finals of the 2025 Arab Cup. This came after a resounding victory over Comoros with a score of (3-1), in the match that brought them together today, at Al Bayt Stadium in Qatar.

The Saudi national team met with the Comoros Islands, as part of the second round of the Arab Cup tournament.

Saudi Arabia opened the scoring in the final minute of first-half stoppage time through Mohammed Kanno, who rose brilliantly inside the penalty area after a cross from Salem Al-Dawsari.

Kanno strengthened Saudi Arabia’s lead by scoring the second goal in the 51st minute, after a cross from Al-Dawsari that he converted into the goal with his left foot.

Brouheim Youssouf narrowed the gap for the Comoros national team in the 61st minute, after a perfect cross from the right side.

Salem Al-Dawsari completed the “Green” hat-trick in the 76th minute, after a breakthrough from the left side before shooting into the net.
