Cairo, Egypt – Al Ahly Egyptian Football Company announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Al Jawad Al Thahabiya General Contracting Company,
with the aim of launching a branch of the club’s football academy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This move comes as part of Al Ahly’s strategy for regional expansion
and strengthening its presence in the Middle East region.
The new academy branch aims to provide a professional training curriculum
based on Al-Ahly’s well-known philosophy of commitment and discipline.
Teamwork alongside the development of the technical
and physical abilities of young players.
Talent discovery
Al Ahly of Egypt will also contribute to discovering and developing
promising talents according to the highest international standards.
This is in addition to transferring the club’s technical
and administrative expertise to new markets.
This will enhance the player development system
and solidify Al-Ahly’s position and popularity.
Al-Ahly International Championship
In another context, the Supreme Organizing Committee for the International
Under-16 Football Championship held a preparatory meeting
at the club’s headquarters in Al-Jazira.
This is to discuss the organizational arrangements related
to the stadiums and the reception of the participating teams.
And ensuring the tournament is presented in
a distinctive manner that reflects Al-Ahly’s status.
The tournament will be held at the Nasr City branch from November 28 to 30.
This will be done with the participation of a number of international
clubs representing different football schools.
This provides strong competitive experience for youth sector teams
and contributes to honing players’ skills to the highest competitive levels.
