Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The Emirates XRJ cycling team has announced its participation in four world races in China, Italy, and France this week.
This is his final stop before the conclusion of an exceptional season in which he has achieved 94 victories so far.
The team kicked off its participation in the last race of the International Cycling Union’s World Tour series this year, the Tour of Guangxi, China, which began on Tuesday.
In Europe, he will participate in three one-day races: the Giro del Veneto (Italy), the Chrono de Nation (France), and the Veneto Classic (Italy), respectively.
The European races kick off on Wednesday with the Giro del Veneto, its fifth edition since its return to the calendar in 2021, and the 88th in its history since its founding in 1922.
It features a moderate mountainous trail with a length of 161.2 km and a total elevation of 1,490 metres.
It includes five major climbs before concluding the distance in the city of Verona.
The team will be represented in the races by riders Alessandro Covi (Italy), Isaac Del Toro (Mexico), Antonio Morgado (Portugal), Pavel Sivakov (France), Pablo Torres (Spain), Florian Vermeersch (Belgium), and Tim Wellens (Belgium).
