Pontedera, Italy – The Emirates XRG cycling team won the Giro della Tuscany title.
This came after the brilliance of its young Mexican star, Isaac del Toro, who finished the race in first place with a time of 4:25:38 hours.
Del Toro was able to clinch the title with a strong attack on Monte’s ascent 27 kilometers from the finish line.
To open a gap from his competitors and maintain his lead to the arrival line in the city of Pontedera.
Thus, he achieved his fifth victory in one-day races this season.
The race extended for a distance of 199.2 kilometers across Tuscany’s winding roads, included Monte climbing twice, and witnessed tactical control from the Emirates Cycling Team “XRG”.
