Tehran – Iran – The Iranian State TV reported the arrest of a person suspected of leaking sensitive military information to a hostile network, in a new security development reflecting rising tensions in the country.
The report explained that Iranian security agencies were able to track the suspect after precise intelligence monitoring, before arresting him and taking legal measures against him.
It added that preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect transferred data related to military sites and facilities, without disclosing further details about the nature of the information or the benefiting party.
This incident comes as Iranian authorities tighten security measures amid growing concerns over infiltration attempts and information leaks under ongoing regional tensions.
