Tehran, Iran – The Iranian military has reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the security and stability of neighboring countries, while simultaneously emphasizing that any military bases used by hostile parties against Iran will be considered legitimate targets for retaliation. These statements came as a clear warning amid escalating tensions in the region.

In an official statement, the Iranian military said that Tehran does not seek to expand the conflict or threaten the security of neighboring countries. However, it will not tolerate any hostile actions originating from the territory of those countries or from the military bases of its adversaries.

The statement added that Iran is closely monitoring military movements in the region. It also warned that the use of military bases against it would place those facilities within direct target range. It affirmed that the Iranian armed forces possess the full capability to respond decisively to any threat.

The Iranian military indicated that regional security must be based on cooperation among its countries, free from foreign interference. It asserted that the presence of military bases belonging to hostile powers exacerbates tensions and threatens regional stability.

These statements come amidst escalating military and political tensions in the Middle East. The region is experiencing a state of heightened security alert, with warnings being exchanged between several regional and international actors.
