Kyiv, Ukraine – The Ukrainian General Staff announced on Saturday that its forces targeted a ballistic missile factory in the Udmurtia region of southern Russia overnight, according to Reuters.
The General Staff said in a statement that the attack was carried out using domestically produced Flamingo missiles. It indicated that the factory is located in the city of Votkinsk, about 1,400 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. It also stated that the factory produces intercontinental ballistic missiles and short-range missiles.
The statement added that the Ukrainian military also targeted a gas processing plant in the Samara region of Russia.
