Tehran, Iran – The Iranian president affirmed today that his country is not seeking nuclear weapons, emphasizing that Tehran is fully prepared for all forms of international inspection and monitoring. He explained that complete transparency and adherence to international standards are the best way to avoid any potential escalation, particularly given the ongoing global tensions surrounding Iran’s nuclear program.

He indicated that the use of nuclear energy will be solely for peaceful purposes, contributing to the advancement of scientific and industrial development in Iran. He also affirmed that cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will continue to ensure global confidence and Tehran’s credibility regarding its nuclear program.

These statements come at a time when the international community is exerting increasing pressure on Iran to review its nuclear activities and ensure its compliance with international treaties and agreements. This is being done in an effort to alleviate concerns related to regional and global security.
