London, England – The King of Britain has called for a “digital detox” or digital fast. He emphasized the importance of temporarily stepping away from smartphones and modern technology as a way to rejuvenate the spirit and restore psychological balance amidst the accelerating digital pace of modern life.

The call came during a public address in which he discussed the growing effects of excessive screen time. The British monarch noted that constant communication via smart devices and social media contributes to increased stress levels and weakens the quality of human relationships, as well as the ability to concentrate and reflect.

He explained that consciously disconnecting from the digital world, even for short, regular periods, gives individuals an opportunity to reconnect with nature and themselves. It also fosters creativity and mental clarity, emphasizing that technology should remain a tool serving humanity, without becoming a burden that controls the details of daily life.

The call received widespread support from followers and observers who considered it a message with a humanitarian and social dimension. It reflects a growing concern within modern societies about the psychological and health effects of technology addiction, particularly among young people.

Observers noted that this message aligns with a growing global trend: the call for a healthy balance between digital and real life. This includes reducing screen time and promoting more relaxed and human-centered lifestyles.
