Washington, USA – The US Supreme Court is preparing to consider a controversial case concerning a previous order issued by former President Donald Trump,

Which restricts granting citizenship to children born on U.S. soil to non-citizen parents.

The case sparked a wide-ranging debate about the US Constitution and citizenship rights.

This comes amid expectations that the court will issue a ruling

that could redefine the concept of birthright citizenship for the first time in decades.

Legal experts indicate that the decision will have significant implications

for millions of families in the United States.

It may also open the door to additional legal challenges relating to immigration and national policies.

The case comes at a sensitive time, as discussions about the rights

of children born on American soil have increased.

Some states have adopted special policies to limit cases of “birth citizenship,”

which opponents describe as “exploiting legal loopholes.”

Analysts expect the Supreme Court to issue its ruling in the coming months.

This could represent a historical precedent in dealing with citizenship

and birth issues within the United States.
