Cairo, Egypt – Football fans across the Arab world are eagerly awaiting the match between Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ittihad and the UAE’s Sharjah, scheduled for this Tuesday evening. This match is part of the AFC Champions League.

Sharjah began their Asian Championship campaign with a 4-3 victory over Qatar’s Al Gharafa, followed by a 1-1 draw with Qatar’s Al Sadd.
The Emirati club is also looking to appease their disgruntled fans after a string of poor results, the latest being a 2-0 defeat to Shabab Al Ahli in the league.
The Al-Ittihad match is a crucial test for Serbian coach Miloš Milojević. A negative result could cost him his job.
Sharjah FC of the UAE will rely on the experience of its international players such as Caio Lucas, Meloni, Shaheen Abdulrahman, and goalkeeper Adel Al Hosani, who recently returned from injury.
