Minister of Endowments as Chairman, Reciter and Doctor Ahmed Nainaa as Sheikh of all Egyptian Recitations, and Sheikh Abdel Fattah Al-Tarouti as Deputy.

Biography of Ahmed Nainaa

Ahmed Nainaa was born in 1954 in the city of Matoubas, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.

He studied primary and preparatory school in Matoubas and obtained his high school diploma from Rashid, Beheira Governorate.

Ahmed Nainaa then joined the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, and after graduating, he worked at the Alexandria University Hospital.

His journey with the Qur’an began in the village book when he was no more than four years old.

He memorized the Holy Quran when he was only eight years old, and learned Tajweed from Sheikh Ahmed Al-Shawa.

Nainaa was famous for being the reciter of the presidency during the era of the late President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak.

He was the main reader at most of the religious occasions attended by the President.

However, Na’na’a is proud to be a reader of the Book of God and not a follower of anyone.
