MOSCOW, Russia – “Moscow does not need war with anyone, including Europe,” Russian Security Council Vice President Dmitry Medvedev said Monday.

He pointed out that “Russia has always come to Europe as a liberator, not as an invader.”

He warned that the mistake of its leaders in waging such a war could lead to a dangerous escalation. This could result in a conflict using weapons of mass destruction.

He stressed on his Telegram account that “European countries cannot tolerate war with Russia.”

He noted that “European leaders lack strategic thinking”.

Medvedev added, “The war with Europe conflicts with Russia’s interests.” It shouldn’t happen.”

The Vice President of the Russian Security Council pointed out that “European countries are weak and divided and simply cannot tolerate war with Russia.” Europe will not be able to start a war with Russia alone.

He also stressed that European leaders “lack the skills necessary to make successful military decisions”.

This comes as the Kremlin warned that “supplying Ukraine with American Tomahawk missiles will not change the situation on the battlefield”.

Providing Ukraine with quality weapons

US Vice President J.D. Vance announced on Sunday that his country’s administration is studying the possibility of supplying NATO countries with Tomahawk cruise missiles. These missiles would then be transported to Kiev.

At the same time, he pointed out that the final decision rests with US President Donald Trump.

A few days ago, Medvedev warned, in response to statements by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. He stated that if Russia launches its arsenal of weapons, hiding in bomb shelters will be of no use.

Medvedev said, in a post on his X account: “The drug addict in Kiev said that the Kremlin must know the location of the shelter so that they can hide when it uses long-range American weapons”.

Medvedev added, “What this idiot must understand is that Russia has weapons that no shelter can protect against, and the Americans must remember that”.
