Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Elon Musk stated that he is working on developing a website competing with Wikipedia through the artificial intelligence company owned by X.Yes.That is.”

He announced plans to launch a platform called “Grocipedia”.

Musk, who owns the social media platform X, said the new service would be a “huge improvement” over Wikipedia.

He accused the online encyclopedia of having long relied on volunteer assistance in entering and editing information.

The billionaire has long accused Wikipedia of political bias, claiming that it reflects a leftist vision.

Musk himself is even increasingly biased towards right-wing positions.

David Sachs, a Musk ally recently appointed by President Donald Trump as his administration’s artificial intelligence commissioner, criticized the use of Wikipedia content to train artificial intelligence programs shortly before Musk’s announcement.

The name “Grocipedia” comes from X’s chatbot “Groc”.Yes.That is, which Musk described as “seeking the truth to the fullest extent”.

However, Grok has sparked controversy in recent months after making anti-Semitic statements.

Musk’s company attributed this to a programming flaw.
