Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Wasl achieved an important victory over Dibba with a score of 4-2, in the match that brought them together at Zabeel Stadium, as part of the 23rd round of the UAE Pro League.
Al Wasl’s four goals were scored by Fabio Lima (19th and 53rd minutes), Miguel Borja from a penalty kick (39th minute), and Bryan Palacios (43rd minute). Dibba’s two goals were scored by Drissa Coulibaly (25th minute) and Simon Cabral from a penalty kick (76th minute).

Al Wasl imposed its control over the course of the first half, and succeeded in translating its superiority into three goals against one, benefiting from its clear superiority in possession and attacking attempts.
Fabio Lima opened the scoring with a brilliant individual effort, before Dibba quickly equalized. Al Wasl regained the lead through Borja’s penalty, and Palacios then added a third goal before halftime.
In the second half, the home side continued their dominance, with Lima adding a fourth goal. Dibba later narrowed the gap with a penalty, but couldn’t find an equalizer, allowing Al-Ittihad to secure a 4-2 victory.
