Dubai, UAE – Participants in the World Health Exhibition 2026 in Dubai confirmed that the exhibition is a leading global platform for displaying the latest medical technology.
It has also contributed to enhancing international cooperation and supporting innovation, serving the future of healthcare globally.
Ali Shorfarzi, director of research and development at Paramed International Free Zone from Iran, said that the company has developed a high-flow oxygen concentrator intended for ambulances.
It is the first of its kind, as it can be used as an alternative to traditional oxygen cylinders, and is characterized by its continuous operation without the need for daily refilling.
He added that the company has also developed the region’s first integrated ventilator that operates to all operational standards and modes, supporting volume and pressure control modes. It includes eleven different styles and is comparable to the latest global technologies.
He explained that the Venus 2 device obtained eight regulatory standards from the MDR system.
The oxygen concentrator has also achieved five mandatory standards, with European CE certification expected within the next two to three months.
For his part, Firdaus, Technical Director at Securitas Healthcare from India, reviewed the infant protection system designed to enhance the safety of children inside hospitals.
He explained that the system relies on Wi-Fi and RFID technologies and is implemented immediately after birth to ensure the safe identification of each newborn and prevent any error in matching the child with his mother, in addition to preventing infants from being taken out of wards or the hospital without a permit.
He pointed out that the system is implemented in a number of hospitals in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in addition to more than fifty hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
He pointed out that health authorities require the implementation of electronic systems to protect infants in order to accredit maternity hospitals.
