Dubai, UAE – Emirates Health Services Corporation announced the project «Intelligent Lung Cancer Detection».

Fatima Abdullah, Head of Radiology at the Foundation, said the project is the first of its kind in the UAE and comes in response to the challenges associated with lung cancer. Which is one of the most prominent causes of cancer deaths in the UAE. Between 75 and 80% of cases were diagnosed in advanced stages, according to the National Registry.
