Abu Dhabi, UAE – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, received today his brother, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah,
also accompanied him at Al Shati Palace in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, they exchanged cordial greetings and discussed a number of national issues
and development goals that contribute to strengthening the nation’s progress and achievements.
This reflects the spirit of cooperation and ongoing coordination between the wise leadership of the UAE.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan
and His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Authority for People of Determination.
Also present were His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chief of the Presidential Court for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs,
and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chief of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs.
In addition, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan,
Advisor to His Highness the President of the UAE, and a number of sheikhs and senior officials were in attendance.
Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals
This meeting comes within the framework of strengthening coordination between the federal leadership and the rulers of the Emirates.
It also aims to support joint efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals
and enhance services and development projects in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
This serves both citizens and residents alike.
Officials emphasized that such meetings reflect the deep cohesion among members of the ruling family
and their commitment to supporting the nation’s vision for development and progress.
They also reflect the continued work on national projects that contribute
to the UAE’s advancement and its regional and international standing.
The UAE leaders are keen to maintain regular consultation and coordination
between the Supreme Council of the Union and the federal government.
This ensures the achievement of national development strategies
and strengthens the nation’s gains in all political, economic, and social fields.
