Dubai, UAE – Dubai Aerospace Enterprise achieved net profits of $702.2 million during 2025, an increase of 47.1% compared to $477.5 million in 2024.
A press release issued by the company stated that pre-tax profits during 2025 amounted to $761.6 million, an increase of 43% compared to the previous year.
Total revenues rose to $1.725 billion, a 21% growth, driven by a significant expansion of the aircraft fleet and increased leasing and maintenance revenues.
The company recorded an adjusted pre-tax profit margin of 26%, compared to 23.2% in 2024.
While the pre-equity tax return rose to 13.4%, compared to 11% the previous year.
In terms of financial position, total assets rose to about $16.55 billion by the end of December 31, 2025, compared to $13.03 billion at the end of 2024.
As a result of significant aircraft acquisitions during the year, including aircraft acquired through business consolidation deals.
During 2025, Dubai Aerospace Enterprise acquired 280 aircraft, including 261 owned and 19 managed, and sold 111 aircraft, including 94 owned and 17 managed.
The company also signed 273 lease, extension and amendment agreements.
Reflecting the strong demand for its fleet and services.
The total number of aircraft owned, operated and ordered within the company’s fleet reached 678 aircraft of various models.
In the engineering sector, the number of reserved working hours exceeded 1.8 million, while more than 260 maintenance inspections were completed during the year.
