Dubai, UAE – BeIN & Company, in cooperation with the World Government Summit, announced the launch of the Artificial Intelligence Readiness Tool, a new tool designed to help government agencies assess their readiness to adopt artificial intelligence, and identify practical steps that will accelerate adoption and maximize impact.

The launch of the new tool came during the 2026 World Government Summit.

Which will be held in Dubai from February 3 to 5, to enhance governments around the world’s benefit from the transformative potential of artificial intelligence.

According to MIT’s 2025 State of AI in Business report, only 5% of AI pilot projects succeed in expanding and generating measurable returns.

The main challenge is the availability of the foundational capabilities needed to deploy AI responsibly and at scale.

Based on Ben & Company’s latest research on AI readiness, the AI Readiness Tool assesses an organization’s maturity level across five key dimensions: AI strategy, use case development and deployment, technology and data, talent and capabilities, and governance and operational models.

The tool classifies organizations, based on performance in these dimensions, into one of four levels of readiness in the field of artificial intelligence: strategic leader, value opportunity locator, experiment initiator, and core capabilities founder, which provides a clear vision of the level of progress and highlights priority areas for capacity development.

The tool involves government sector agencies conducting a structured assessment that includes 34 questions covering the five dimensions.

The platform produces a comprehensive AI readiness assessment result, along with a detailed diagnosis of each dimension, and personalized recommendations to help address gaps and accelerate progress in the AI journey.

By combining benchmarking, diagnostic analysis, and actionable guidance, the platform enables government sector leaders to prioritize investment, strengthen governance, and make informed decisions with confidence.

By providing targeted insights across key dimensions, the tool helps organizations focus on the capabilities that matter most to unlock the full potential of AI and improve government services and outcomes.

Users receive a detailed readiness scorecard that compares their entities’ readiness against that of their peers.

Along with a dedicated roadmap to support responsible and scalable AI adoption.

The launch of the AI Readiness Platform reflects Ben & Company’s commitment to supporting governments around the world in harnessing AI to achieve operational excellence, drive innovation, and deliver more citizen-centric services.

The platform is now available to government agencies seeking to transform AI ambitions into a practical and sustainable impact on the ground.
