The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Latifa Al Sada, Head of the Consular Affairs and Citizens’ Affairs Department, who praised the importance of this collaboration between healthcare institutions in the UAE and France. Furthermore, she noted that this initiative enjoys the strong support of His Excellency Fahad Saeed Mohammed Abdullah Al Raqbani, UAE Ambassador to France.
The signing ceremony was also attended by several high-ranking officials, including Hervé Caille, City Councillor and Commissioner for Digital Affairs and Customer Simplification, and Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of Nice University Hospital. Also present was Christiane Amiel, Deputy Mayor of Nice and Commissioner for International Relations. Johanna Lerfel, Health Advisor for the Middle East at the French Embassy in Saudi Arabia, also participated. In addition, a number of leading academic and medical figures from the Nice University Hospital Faculty of Medicine were in attendance.
