Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Emirate of Abu Dhabi has reaffirmed its leading position in global rankings, topping the list of the world’s safest cities for the tenth consecutive year since 2017, according to an international report issued by Numbeo, a platform specializing in global security, quality of life, and cost of living indicators.
This continued achievement reflects Abu Dhabi’s advanced global standing in establishing a comprehensive system of security and stability. It also underscores the Emirate’s success in providing a safe and attractive environment for living, working, and investing, thus enhancing the quality of life for both residents and visitors.
His Excellency Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zaitoun Al Muhairi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, stated that this advanced global ranking is the fruit of a wise leadership vision and the continuous support of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. He added that it was also achieved thanks to integrated institutional work and the tireless efforts of Abu Dhabi Police personnel around the clock. He noted that these efforts are based on advanced proactive strategies and the effective use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence.
