"Emirates Cycling".. Announcement of the final list for the World Tour "Down Under"

Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Emirates – XRG cycling team announced its list of participants in the 2026 edition of the Santos Down Under World Tour in Australia.

It is the first race of the season in the World Tour series.

This participation witnesses the return of cyclist Jonathan Narvaez, 28 years old, to Australia to lead the team in the opening race of the season.

This is his third at this global event.

According to the statement issued by the team, cyclist Narvaez will enjoy strong support from the Australian duo Jay Fine and the British Adam Yates, both of whom are among the most prominent candidates to compete for the top spot in the overall standings.

The lineup is completed by riders Mikkel Bjergh, Vegard Stacke, Ivo Oliveira and Sebastian Molano.

The 2026 edition of the Tour Down Under will be held from January 20 to 25.

It starts with a 3.6 km preliminary stage in Adelaide.

It is followed by five challenging road stages with a total distance of 758.8 km and more than 13,000 metres of elevation gain.
