Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Dhafra achieved a valuable away victory against their host Khorfakkan, with a score of three goals to two, in the match that brought them together on Friday evening, as part of the UAE League competitions.
Al Dhafra visited Khorfakkan at the Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium as part of the 11th round of the ADNOC Pro League.
Al Dhafra opened the scoring in the 19th minute through Abdulrahman Susi, who received a cross from the right and volleyed the ball directly into the net from close range.
Khorfakkan quickly responded with an equalizer in the 24th minute, scored by Ahmed Jashk, after a powerful shot from inside the penalty area found the back of the net.
As the second half began, Al Dhafra regained their lead in the 47th minute, after Mohammed Al Khalawi scored the second goal with a shot from inside the penalty area.
Ryan Al Jabri extended Al Dhafra’s lead by scoring the third goal in the 84th minute, after a well-placed shot inside the penalty area.
Khorfakkan narrowed the gap in the 88th minute, through a penalty kick successfully executed by Lorenzi do Nascimento.

With this result, Al Dhafra raised its tally to 15 points in seventh place, while Khorfakkan’s tally remained frozen at 11 points in tenth place.
