Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Fitness Challenge has launched the 90-day Dubai Transform programme.
It aims to enable government employees to adopt sustainable health changes in their daily lives.
The program extends until February 15, 2026.
31 employees will be able to participate in an integrated journey that includes physical fitness, nutrition, mental health, and daily living habits.
This contributes to preparing “health ambassadors in the work environment” who are able to inspire their colleagues and encourage them to adopt a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Dubai Transform expands the impact of the Dubai Fitness Challenge by targeting a wide segment of society.
To promote a culture of long-term wellness in government work.
Participants will receive individual training plans, gym memberships, health checks, and vital signs within two phases of the program.
Along with nutritional counseling with meal plans, and tracking devices to monitor daily activity.
The program also offers weekly training sessions to enhance commitment and motivation, while trainees have already participated in the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30 events.
Including the Dubai Running Challenge, the Dubai Cycling Challenge, and Dubai Yoga, to experience the various activities available in the city during the month of November.
The program is implemented in Arabic and English, through specialized trainers of both genders.
Each participant’s journey will be documented through social media updates, and a closing video will be released highlighting the progress they have made during the program.
Since its launch in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge has inspired more than 16 million participants.
Among them, more than 3 million in 2025 alone.
