Dubai, UAE – Dubai topped the list of the world’s largest and most prominent tourist destinations in terms of hotel occupancy levels during November 2025.
It recorded strong performance, with the overall occupancy rate of hotel facilities in the emirate reaching 87.5%.
This is according to estimated data issued by Amadeus, a company specializing in tourism and travel technology services and solutions.
According to company data on the performance of the world’s most prominent and largest tourist destinations, Dubai continued to record strong performance rates throughout November 2025.
It peaked on November 6 at about 93%.
The first and second weeks of November recorded occupancy levels exceeding 87%.
During November, the hotel market in Dubai recorded occupancy levels exceeding 90% for seven days.
The general occupancy rate increased in November by more than 6% compared to the previous October, which recorded a rate of 82.4%.
This data includes hotel rooms only, as Dubai’s hospitality market includes thousands of “holiday home” units.
