Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The 24th edition of the Emirates Job Fair “Vision” kicks off on Tuesday at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Which is held over three days, with the participation of more than 180 entities from the public and private sectors.

It aims to provide Emirati citizens with direct access to a variety of distinguished job offers.

In addition to qualitative workshops and skills development experiences, specifically designed to qualify them with everything necessary to keep pace with future labor market requirements.

The “Vision” exhibition continues to play a pivotal role in the resettlement strategy and youth empowerment agenda in the UAE.

It is consistent with national policy objectives, including reaching 8% of localization in the private sector by the end of 2025.

In addition to 125,000 Emirati citizens currently working in this sector until June of this year.

The figures for the 2024 edition of the exhibition, which attracted 150 exhibitors and witnessed 7,000 direct job interviews at the event site, reflect the remarkable success of the exhibition and its pivotal role as a prominent platform for developing national competencies and building a strong generation of workforce capable of leading tomorrow and creating the future.

Opportunity for direct communication

This year, visitors to the exhibition have the opportunity to communicate directly with an elite group of employers.

Among them are the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the Roads and Transport Authority, the Dubai Police General Command, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Amazon, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Emirates Airlines, and Majid Al Futtaim Group.

The exhibition is keen to strengthen its strategic partnerships with a number of government agencies.

Including the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, the UAE Human Resources Development Council, the Ministry of Education, and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority.

This ensures that the components of its programme are consistent with national strategies for developing competencies.

During the three days of the exhibition, participants will engage in a series of specialized workshops and innovative challenges in the fields of artificial intelligence and programming.

In addition to a wide range of interactive experiences.

To enhance the leadership and entrepreneurship skills of school students, university graduates, and job seekers alike.

The list of strategic sponsors of the exhibition includes DP World Group, a platinum sponsor, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, a gold sponsor, and Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), a silver sponsor.
