Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Emirates Post has issued a set of commemorative stamps.
This is to celebrate the United Arab Emirates’ hosting of the 28th Universal Postal Union Congress.
Organized by the Universal Postal Union in cooperation with Seven X (7X). They are the official representative of the country’s membership in the Union, under the slogan “Leading Change, Creating the Future.”
The Conference is the supreme decision-making body of the Universal Postal Union.
It brings together delegations from 192 EU Member States to adopt the sector strategy. Furthermore, the rules for the 2026–2029 session are discussed.
Which will be called the “Dubai Strategy”, in honor of the host country.
This release embodies the UAE’s position as a leading global center for postal and logistics services.
It affirms its commitment to consolidating digital transformation by employing the latest technologies and enabling e-commerce solutions and smart services.
Stamp design also celebrates the role of art as a means and bridge for human communication and cultural exchange.
Emirati artist Yasmine Al Mulla excelled in its design. She was able, through her artistic touches, to integrate the past with the present and future. She also documented the honorable journey of the country.
